ff.net is still holding my reviews hostage – and their support page is down (conveniently) so I can complain or ask what the deal it. I am going to remain optimistic and assume they well pop up when ff.net solves whatever problems that they are having. I have received reviews for some of my other stories, but it may have been just before the trouble started.
FTU review responses:
LilyoftheEarth - I like to think that Snape finds Connor interesting – the way a scientist finds a specimen interesting. He doesn’t particularly like the boy, but doesn’t go out of his way to hate him, either. Plus Connor is great with potions, so he has a very grudging respect for that.
As for Connor’s hands – you’re partially right. I wouldn’t say there was anything wrong with them, per se, but are more of an indicator of something to come. As I said, it will most likely be revealed around chapter 15. Then things will get complicated for poor Connor for a bit.
TreyFury97 - I forgive your inability to review for a while, because when you do review, it’s always a nice one! J Those hormones are definitely at work, though don’t expect too much romance among Connor and company in this story (who knows about the next?)
Bob Jones - Thank you! Rupert is just so hate-able, isn’t he? And he isn’t going to get much better anytime soon!
Other review responses:
saugart (Neville’s New Wand) - Thank you! I think that Neville has such great potential as a character, and I hope that JKR can do justice to him by giving us a little closer look into his life and motivations for doing the things he does.
Wolf’s scream - You were on a reading spree!
(Fractured Scenes) - Samplers – a good way of putting it! Kind of an appetizer for the longer stories! I’m glad that you liked them!
(April Fool) – Aw, indeed. Those clever Gryffindors!
(All That You Require) – No typos? Are you sure? Maybe I should go back and add one or two so that they match all my other stories! ;) Glad you liked it, anyway.
(NLM) Hee hee! Thank you! Two sets of triplets! The only thing that would make it worse is if they all got sorted into Slytherin and Snape had to be responsible for them!
(The Plan) – I had a lot fun writing that one! It’s the closest I think I’ve come to writing ‘smut’. The Snape in underwear thing amused me, too!
(The Master) – You know that Ginny couldn’t have grown up in that house without picking up an evil mastermind mentality.
Ok – now we’ve seen everything: http://www.cnn.com/2005/TECH/fun.games/01/19/tater.doll.ap/
