Thank you all for the lovely reviews! It's looking more and more like either chapter 16 or 17 is going to be late. Not only am I still under the weather, but chapter 17 is bing a pain in my butt and not writing itself like I want it to. I'll keep you all updated.

Pigwidgeon - Boy I hope Connor can keep this one a secret! I don’t want to imagine what might happen if word were to get out about it – it was bad enough when people thought he could predict the future for them!

cessa- Thank you! I worry about making Connor too special with the extra stuff he has going on – I don’t want him to be superwizard or anything. The animosity between Snape and Harry is so ingrained at this point, I don’t think working together through a dozen war could completely dampen it. I think that they love to hate each other, but deep (deep) down, they respect each other very much.

Lourdes123456 - Hee hee! Sorry – no ghost updates! I’ve been hoping to carve out some time to write some cookies to explain little side stories from other characters’ POV, but the main story is taking up all my time. The only thing I’ve written, I can’t post, because it’s a spoiler for the rest of the story.

Connor’s parents are very good at keeping him informed of what is happening around him. Some of it has to do with the fact that Harry didn’t have that luxury growing up, and wants his son to be treated better, but there is more to it. Connor could literally be in very real danger from his powers if he isn’t very aware of what they are about and what they are capable of doing to him if he doesn’t control them.

I hate to tell you this, but there is no cliffhanger – we won’t actually witness the scene with Connor and his siblings. He will be seeing them very soon at Christmas, though, and we’ll get a good dose of them then. Connor won’t be allowed to use his powers for anything until he gets some proper training, and you can rest assured that their visit was relatively boring, so you’re not missing anything. As for Snowball, that isn’t going to be Connor’s tale to tell. I’ve been trying to convince George to tell me the story, but so far he’s not giving anything away.

Red Tizzy - I’m glad that I surprised some of my readers with the hands thing. I’m sorry it wasn’t long enough to suit you, but I hope the little mention of Snowball at the end made up for it a little bit!

dnd4ever - Perhaps one day we might learn about Snowball’s origins, but until I can find a way to make George talk, it will remain a mystery.

Bob Jones - Thank you! I’m so glad you think so! I’m working hard to keep it that way!

LilyoftheEarth - Yes, and Harry loves his kids to the point of being a bit bone-headed. With Connor looking so much like himself, it’s kind of hard for him to see him with Snape, and not get tossed emotionally into the past for a moment or two. Harry respects Snape. Really. Connor’s going to have to work hard now at getting his gifts under control, and it’s not going to be fun—but I will say that it will be worth it in the long run.
