Jan. 2nd, 2006 10:18 pmUgh. I don't know why I bother, but I went ahead and posted my little Christmas story (The one I posted here a couple of days ago) on ff.net under my Fractured Scenes heading. I hate ff.net, but what the heck - I already had an account and whatnot set up.
Not much to report. I think I found the part of Peru I want Drina to live in, and so my real research can begin.

milliways_bar and played both Molly Prewett and Hagrid. It was fun! I'd forgotten how much fun it is to shed my own persona and be someone else for a couple of hours.
I also forgot to say that I finished The Wish List by Eoin Colfer a couple of weeks ago, and I highly recommend it. It was a fast and fun read, with an interesting plot. Right now, I'm reading Nora Roberts' In The Garden trilogy, then I hope to get started on the huge stack of books I keep telling myself I'll get around to reading.
That's pretty much it.

A funny list of things characters in James Bond type movies should do differently. Great advice for any evil genius, hero, sidekick, henchman, true love, evil empress, innocent bystander, trusted lieutenant, wicked but beautiful daughter, alien, or legion of doom trooper.
