Do you have ICE on your phone? I was reading an article the other day that was urging people to program an ICE number into their cell phones. An In Case of Emergency number should be in your phone's address book, so that in the case that you are unable to speak for yourself in an emergency, the authorities will know who to contact.

I thought it was a good idea, and think it wouldn't be a bad idea to pass the word along.
