a delay......
Mar. 22nd, 2005 06:48 amMore poster making fun today- the school carnival is shaping up nicely.
Which means– I’m just not going to get chapter 19 out in time, and it’s doubtful I’ll even have an out take or drabble, or anything else to offer in it’s place. I’ll see what I can do. MY beta reader is going to Germany on Thursday, so I it’s just as well I post pone the chapters.

msabella - What a nice thing to say! I figured that Harry’s got to have some thoughts about what’s going on with his eldest. It’s gotta hurt, knowing that your son is facing an uncertain future, and Harry would know what that was like. Connor’s growing up, and I wanted Harry to recognize that and acknowledge it, for Connor’s sake.
Lyra - Yes – I haven’t quite worked out how Harry managed to defeat Voldemort, yet, and he doesn’t really like to talk about it much, so I shan’t be writing about it any time soon. I just thought he needed some bonding time with his eldest. As for Snowball – his character just kind of grew. I threw him in as a sort of running joke from the last fic, and people liked him so much, he tends to steal the spotlight at times.
LadyLupinLover - Favorite chapter, huh? I must be doing something right, but then, you knew all along that Lupin and Ms Grayson had eyes for each other, didn’t you? We’ll learn a little more about her in future chapters.

Anne (The More Things Change) – Thank you! This was actually the very first Harry Potter fan fic I ever wrote – and I’m still kinda proud of it!
shokolait (No Laughing Matter) – I’m glad you liked it! I do love Charlie, and don’t think there’s nearly enough of him in Canon. One day I’ll at least do a ficlet about him. I know that there are a lot of errors in this fic, and as soon as I get the time I plan to re-post the story that a reader was kind enough to go over and correct for me, but that I haven’t gotten time for yet!
