My beta ROCKS. She’s a coder for Fiction Alley, and I had apparently screwed up my submission again. Luckily she was looking out for me, and let me know it was screwy so that I could resubmit it correctly. Should be up sometime soon, if things go well.
BTW – I hate sorting socks.
Unrelated news - I finished reading the Spiderwick Chronicles yesterday, and I must say, I enjoyed them. Each book only takes an hour or so to read, if you’re a fast reader, and the illustrations are great. There are five books in the series, and I’d say that I wouldn’t mind if they made another series based on the same children, with different adventures, later on in their lives. If you haven’t checked them out, I think they’re worth a look. I’d say the maturity level of the reader should be about age nine or so, since it deals with issues like divorce, there’s some violence against magical creatures, that sort of thing.

Link of the day Oh. My. Goodness!! – This is an actual recording of a REAL 9-1-1 call! It scares me that she has children, and that they’re witnessing this disgraceful display!
