I understand how it happens, but I agree that if an American citizen reaches their late teens to early twenties and still can speak English, something is wrong.

I survived the carnival, but am still tired and sore after ten hours of sleep. I also have strangely shaped bruises in odd places that I do not remember getting. Er, the bruises, not the places. Did I mention that I was sore and tired?

Have done a couple of loads of laundry with more to come, but don't have the energy to fold and hang stuff at the moment. Still have to finish dishes, mop the floor and do various other cleaning things too numerous to mention in one post.

But first? Naptime!
