Went to Bookmans this evening and was browsing quietly in the children's section, when a little girl looked up from the book she was reading and fairly yelled, "HI!"

I smiled and said, "Hi."

She glared at me, then, and replied, "I'M READING A BOOK RIGHT NOW! YOU NEED TO BE QUIET, OKAY?"

I grinned and tried to look apologetic, and whispered, "Okay."

I love kids, sometimes.
