"Each player of this game starts off with ten weird things or habits or little known facts about yourself. People who get tagged must write in a blog of their own ten weird things or habits or little known facts as well as state this rule clearly. 1. I am living comfortably without five of my organs: I am blind in one eye, and I have had my appendix, colon, a fallopian tube and by gall bladder removed. Pffft. Why are we even born with half of that stuff, anyway?
2. I have visited at least 45 of the fifty states—all by car, in various road trips.
3. My mother in law is only two years older than my oldest sibling.
4. I have frequent anxiety that no one truly know/likes me for who I am, and that I am unlikable.
5. I lose patience very quickly with things that I don’t understand, because I realize that with my MS, my cognitive capabilities are diminishing, and it frightens me.
6. I will almost always root for the underdog.
7. Clowns freak me right the hell out.
8. I am almost always in pain of some sort, but I don’t like to go to the doctor or be a burden to others, so I hide it until it becomes almost unbearable. Unfortunately, that sometimes means that I’ve left it for longer than is wise, and I end up with a problem worse than it would have been if I had dealt with it at the onset.
9. I have been writing novel-length fan fiction and original fiction since I was twelve. I burned most of my early stuff when I caught my sisters sneaking into my room to read it when I wasn’t around.
10. The house I grew up in had a malevolent presence that lived in our stairwell, that everyone could feel—an intense feeling of dread when walking down the steps. There was some sort of symbol written on the wall at the top of the stairwell in what looked like black magic marker, and I didn’t find out until years later (after we had moved away) that I was the only one who could see it.
