Dec. 29th, 2004 09:48 pmPLEASE - would anyone who reads this spare a thought and/or prayer for those who are vicitims of the tsuanamis in Indonesia? Not all of the victims were actually there - but lost family just the same.
Thanks.
Well, I finally went to the doctor – the last time I visited my GP was in 2002! Yikes. I’ve been to other doctors, but I didn’t think I’d left it that long! Turns out I have acute bronchitis, an ear infection, and a ruptured ear drum! Fun! At least I have proper drugs now - I wish I wasn't allergic to conventional antibiotics and narcotics.
For those of you who reviewed chapter eight, my profound thanks:
Bob Jones - I think you’re trying too hard to figure things out. Just relax and go with the flow, and I’ll do my bets to make the ride enjoyable!
Jasmine Evans - Thank you! Now that I’ve seen a doctor, I’m hoping I’ll be on the mend soon. It’s fun to guess what’s going to come in Connor’s future, isn’t it?
Red Tizzy - Yes, I would say that they are related, in a way. I though that I was being really obvious and giving the whole story away in this chapter, but I guess I’m cleverer than I thought! ;) I’m so happy you didn’t see any big errors! Yay!
dnd4ever - You’re definitely on the right track! I think it will lead to something – the question is, What?
LadyLupinLover - Connor spun in place so fast on his broom, that the tail twigs became sort of like little whips. Moving fast enough, just about anything that thin could easily slice through fabric and skin. And there is SO NOT a thing going between Snape and Cosgrove! Eew! I don’t know why, but the very idea just squicks me. They have a mutual respect for each other, and Madam Cosgrove likes to tease Snape a bit because he’s so stiff all the time, but there NO romance there. None. Nada. Zip. Sorry.
Goofy link for the day – Kids afraid of Santa! Though, to be honest, some of these Santas are pretty scary!
