Jun. 7th, 2005 07:00 amMy children have started summer school! My youngest in is a reading class, and my oldest is taking a computer class. Of course, they don’t start at the same time, so I have to make three trips to the school each day – but that gives me time to sit in the Media Center (school library) while the classes overlap, and read or work on Foreshadowing stuff. Today, my muse decided to visit, and I ended up writing out part of Connor’s summer in a notebook. Now all I have to do is to move it from my notebook into my computer! I don’t really have a main plot for a third part of the series, but I keep getting ideas for Connor’s summer adventures, so maybe it’ll come to me and the third part will just start before the school year does. Who knows?

Wolf's scream - Thank you! Rupert will insist on being a prat, won’t he? Perhaps Snape can scare some sense into him? It looks like that apple didn’t fall too far from the tree – Dudley’s got a son a bit more clever than he is, but no less self-centered!
i heart harry potter - Thank You! It’s always fun to hear from someone new! I hope you continue to enjoy the story and will stay tuned for whatever I come up with next!
The Giant Squid - Thanks, honey! Especially for the bit about Snape – he’s so hard for me to write, and I’m not sure why. He does care about his students in his own demented and harsh way – and if he has a soft spot anywhere in his heart, it just might be for Connor.
True - Rest assured that I am doing the best I can to get the next chapter written! I want it to be the best it can be, and I’m also wondering if I should just finish the story off in this next chapter with maybe a small Epilogue, or if I should make it two full chapters. The story will let me know how it wants to end as I’m going along, but right now I haven’t gotten far enough into the chapter to make that judgement!
lalaith_feanaro - Don’t worry – I won’t leave you hanging as to what happens. I have it pretty much all planned out in my head, and I’m working as fast as I can to get the next chapter finished. Even I’m not that mean!

Link of the Day- I can’t remember if I’ve done this one before – if I have, I apologize. I haven’t really had the time to search for good links, lately. http://www.idiomsite.com/
